A subset of the DPPM course focusing just on the advanced technique of Earned Value Management (EVM), essential for the largest and most important projects, in only 15 minutes. Describes how EVM metrics are calculated, how cost projections are made, and how schedule projections are made. The fundamental meaning of all the metrics is explained.
