A summary lecture wraps up all the key points in one concise list.
3 – Project Management Lessons Learned

6 – Earned Value Management (EVM)
A subset of the DPPM course focusing just on the advanced monitoring & control technique of Earned Value Management (EVM) used for the largest and most important projects, in only 15 minutes. Describes how EVM metrics are calculated, how cost projections are made, and how schedule projections are made. The fundamental meaning of all the metrics is summarized. And an example is provided showing the practical utility of EVM in practice.
