The IFPPM Advisory Board provides senior level counsel to the IFPPM Executive, and provides advice on how the institute can most effectively achieve its mission.
Alain Paul Martin
Alain Paul Martin is a 2012 Harvard Fellow, Advanced Leadership, the Chief Architect of Harvard University Global System™ (HUGS) and CEO of The Professional Development Institute (PDI). He led HUGS design and software used by Skanska to manage international projects from a million to multi-billion dollars. He has been recognized by Harvard University’s President for his “Leadership, Vision and Service” and the Project Management Institute for his “outstanding contribution to the state-of-the-art of project management”. A co-founder of critical and high-performing financial and public-service organizations ($8M to $6B), he advises C-suite leaders and has served as a non-partisan executive member on the Canadian Prime Minister’s Committee for Government Reform. He is currently leading a meta-innovation team to advance co-elevating leadership and innovation powered by the differentiation-integration of both generative AI (GAI) and human intelligence (HUMINT).
Bodhibrata Nag
Bodhibrata Nag (Ph.D., Operations Research and System Analysis, IIM Calcutta; B.Tech, Electrical Engineering, IIT Madras) is a Professor of Operations Management at IIM Calcutta. He has served as Acting Director, Dean (Academic), and Director of IIM Calcutta Innovation Park, among other leadership roles. With nearly four decades of experience in teaching, research, and industry, he has authored notable books, including “Optimal Design of Timetables for Large Railways” and “Business Applications of Operations Research”. His research spans project management, energy systems, sustainable supply chains, and cybersecurity. A Fulbright-Nehru Senior Research Fellow, he has consulted for The World Bank, Deloitte, and government bodies. Dr. Nag has received numerous awards and holds senior professional memberships, exemplifying excellence in operations management and public sector case studies.
Charles G. Rodriguez
Charles G. Rodriguez, PhD, graduated from West Point (electrical engineering) and served 33 years as a U.S. Army officer. His final assignment was Adjutant General of Texas, the State’s senior military commander and executive director of a State-of-Texas agency. He retired as a major general. His Ph.D. is in Philanthropic Leadership; his master’s degrees in MBA, MA (communications research), and MS (management of technology). He was an interim president for the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU). For the last 30 years, he worked as a fundraiser, senior administrator, and faculty member at U.S. private and state institutions of higher education. Today he is a distinguished faculty member and nonprofit management assistant professor at Our Lady of the Lake University in Texas.
Cecil White
Dr Cecil White EdD, MBA, PMP is the CEO at Digital Learning Products, a facilitator of certification training for aspirants of professional certifications in project management and Lean Six-Sigma. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, he has demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, project management, and strategy implementation. As an educator, he understands the transformative power of education and professional development, and is passionate about helping others to succeed. He has served on the boards of several nonprofits, including the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the PMI Educational Foundation. His governance contributions include oversight of strategy development, financial performance, and stakeholder engagement. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and is a certified PMP and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Adedeji Oluwatosin Adeloro
Adedeji Oluwatosin Adeloro is a global advisor to the American Academy of Project Management (AAPM) and the Global Academy of Finance & Management (GAFM), holding chartered status and fellowship with AAPM. A certified master management consultant, he holds globally recognized credentials including AHPP, PMP, Project+, DPPM, MPM, and MMC. Most recently, Mr. Adeloro served as Chief Management Consultant and General Manager of a leading herbal products company in Nigeria, driving transformational projects that bolstered its industry position. With decades of experience, he has excelled as a project manager, administrator, and trainer, including volunteer service with the Watch Tower Bible & Tract Society. A lifelong learner, Mr. Adeloro holds advanced diplomas in project management, health and safety, procurement, construction, and manufacturing, from global institutions.
Mariam Kunbi Ayeni
Mariam Kunbi Ayeni (MCIPD) is the Principal Consultant and Founder of Mint Mayborne Advisory bringing more than 15 years of experience to her role as a Board Advisor. Mint Mayborne specialises in strategic initiatives, partnering, and execution; driving change and cultural transformation within the HR + IT space including leadership development to enhance success. As a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel Development, Mariam has a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, delivering long-term impactful results for organizations like Facebook and Amazon, and strategy-shaping roles as a Consultant with the Department for Work and Pensions, Edelman and Orbia. Her expertise in navigating complex organizational structures and building strong stakeholder relationships makes her a valuable asset to boards seeking strategic guidance and transformative leadership.
Gregorio Bulnes
Gregorio Bulnes is an executive with an electronic engineering background and a Masters and a PhD in Project Management. He has more than 20 years experience handling international projects and working in C suite positions in various industries such as Telecomm, IT and aerospace, including working for large internationals such as Airbus (Project Management Director LATAM region), Alcatel (Sr. Business Development Manager), Nokia, Lucent (Country Manager Perú), and Telmar (International Sales Manager Latin America). He has wide experience in the Latin America telecomm business working with service providers, ISP, enterprise, and government. He is currently an instructor and coach in Project Management, Project Management Office (PMO) implementation, and Digital Transformation. He teaches for four different universities in the project management area.
Miguel De La Torre Ibanez
Miguel is a versatile and results-driven executive from Lima, Peru, with over three decades of experience in operations, project management, construction management, and consulting. He began his journey with a scholarship to study civil engineering in Moscow, graduating with honors in 1990, and after marrying the same year, has worked in Russia for 40 years. He possesses exceptional leadership skills, extensive management knowledge, and deep multicultural expertise. He has consistently led high-performance teams and orchestrated numerous large-scale projects across diverse sectors, ensuring client and stakeholder satisfaction. He has proven skills in risk assessment, strategic planning, and solution management. Currently, Miguel works at RUSAL, where he leads the construction project management office. He has a commitment to continuous growth, is pursuing his PhD, and is a member of PMI, CIOB, and APM.
Sawan Joshi
Sawan Joshi is the founder of TriStep io, a self-service AI GRC platform that helps organizations achieve company certifications from the ISO family of standards focused on security, quality and business continuity, and helps organizations build trusted business partnerships in the supply chain. He is a mergers and acquisitions expert having led 12 global acquisitions, and has led risk management programmes in aviation, property management, manufacturing, and a number of financial services organizations with project portfolio values of up to $10M. He recently supported multiple climate risk startup’s software development products with enterprise readiness goals up to acquisition. He is also author of the book Infosec Career Resilience Guide, a strategic insight into building careers through continuous knowledge and adapting to challenging economies.

The IFPPM Executive team provides day to day leadership and coordination of the institute, including overseeing the strategic plan, outreach, operations, training, resources library, special projects, and management of the technical infrastructure.
President
William Stewart
William Stewart PhD, PMP, DPPM is the original organizer of the DPPM methodology. He has managed projects for more than 30 years, from just a few thousand dollars to $55M, and worked in senior roles on PM teams for projects up to $3B. He has managed projects in the domains of system integration, software development, business process, construction, real estate, and others. He has worked for aerospace, the Canadian federal government, academia, and founded the open source cloud company Cirrus Computing. Internationally recognized, he has spoken twice as a keynote speaker at International Project Management Association (IPMA) conferences. He earned his PhD in computer science for discovery of an algorithm that can create multi-dimensional convex hulls in optimal space and time.

Drew Shantz
Drew Shantz DPPM is a deeply experienced change management consultant, solution architect, and project manager with a deep foundation in digital transformation, organization & system design, security engineering, business process re-engineering, change management, and IM/IT enablement. He has worked for international professional services firms, aerospace, and multi-national telecommunications companies. His experience includes digital strategy, organizational/behavioural change management, solutions design, target operating models, agile methodologies, business intelligence & analytics, enterprise performance management, vendor management, services oriented architecture, C2/C4ISR, M/G/COTS systems integration, and security engineering.

Brian Harvey
Brian Harvey MBA, LLB, DPPM has a broad range of experience across the technology, government, and legal domains. He has worked for international telecommunications firms, the Canadian federal government, served as a sole practitioner for his own law practice, and served in an elected role in municipal government in British Columbia. In the field of telecommunications, he has designed large scale networking solutions for enterprise clients, and served as a communications engineer, principal designer, and product manager focused on strategic partnerships. He has also managed strategic investments up to $50M, served as a director of product management, and served as a director of strategy and product planning where he managed a product portfolio map for a $3B division.

Ramy Yehia
Ramy Yehia received his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, and is an accomplished full-stack developer with a broad expertise in web development and web applications. Since 2006, he has specialized in PHP and related web technologies, leading a wide range of projects across various industries in many different countries. With over 20,000 hours of development experience, Ramy is known for delivering high-quality and innovative digital solutions. His work spans both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on solving complex problems with precision. Ramy is passionate about integrating the latest industry trends and technologies to exceed client expectations. His dedication to excellence is evident in the high impact digital experiences he crafts for a global clientele.

IFPPM Ambassadors support the IFPPM by representing the organization and its capabilities to others, and are authorized to identify non-profit organizations that are candidates to receive free registration to the DPPM training and certification.

Sandra Fonseca
Dr. Sandra Fonseca has over 30 years of experience in IT, as Systems Security Manager, Project Manager, and Data Architect. Her academic career spans 28 years, including as Program Director for IT and Cybersecurity Programs for an Online University in the US. Dr. Fonseca has served for the board of directors for ISACA, ISSA, PMI, ACFE and ASQ, and has a doctoral degree in business and a second doctoral degree in education.
